monday - friday10:00am - 1:00pmt is regulated under the csbg (community service block grant) policy. must be an orange or east orange resident.  must meet state income guidelines, documents required: proof of income everyone 18 and over (pay stubs-4 weekly, 2 bi-weekly) social security award letter, ui print out; if no income a bc5 form from county, proof of residency-lease current, social security cards everyone in the household, birth certificates children to age 17; photo id 18 & over. if you received $250.00 or more in food stamps can not access the pantry until after the 15th of the month. a food stamp application can be done for anyone who has not applied at eocdc.  the food pantry is every 90 days until the applicant is stabilized and receiving food monthly to sustain.  we also host a "nutritional class" beginning in september here at the agency where you learn to eat properly, prepare nutritional foods and make sound choices in food selection as well as exercise for healthy bodies.   for more information, please call.
